The iCoDaCo Sweden-based collective invites you to open training! This is not a class in the traditional sense, but a shared workspace - we do our thing, together. The first part of the session is yours to shape: warm up at your own pace, work on technique, improvisation, strength, mobility or recovery - do what you want or need right now. You can work independently or spontaneously join someone else's training. Scores and other materials will also be available on site for those who want to work on something new. During the last part of the hour, we gather for a joint activity that differs between days.
Come as you are, train, play and get to know us!
ABOUT US
We are Robert, Adey, Nea, and Khamlane, dance artists and makers based in Sweden, forming the Sweden-based collective of the Creative Europe project iCoDaDo (International Contemporary Dance Collective) through ilDance. We are driven by a desire to explore communities, to share knowledge and experiences. A question that guides our work is How can all our perspectives exist in one place at the same time? This question acts as a driving force for our commitment to collective practice and a means for strengthening the way we see, collaborate, help, and respect one another as human beings.
iCoDaCo is co-funded by EU.
