"A moment of Endlessness" explores the concept of time and the movement of time – through historical and modern eras. The performance involves poetry and dance in relation to Jewish heritage as part of the 250 years celebrations of Jewish life in Sweden.
In the distant and the proximate time there are stories and histories which gain or lose meaning, depending on the contexts in which they are reiterated. The performance explores senses and sensations of time and how it can be pulled, morphed and transformed through relations and relationships. Through this work ilDance features the perspective of queer and other under-represented communities in a sensitive context of cultural heritage.
"A moment of Endlessness" is part of a large European collaboration project, Dancing Histor(y)ies – Binding Communities and Heritage Through Dance – which is dedicated to linking communities and cultural heritage through contemporary dance.

”A moment of Endlessness” utforskar begreppet tid och hur tolkningen av tid varierar mellan olika epoker, kulturer och geografiska sammanhang. Föreställningen innehåller poesi och dans i relation till judiskt arv som en del av firandet av 250 år av judiskt liv i Sverige.
I en avlägsen och nära tid finns berättelser och historier vars betydelse förstärks eller förminskas beroende på de sammanhang i vilka de återberättas.
Genom att integrera poesi utforskar föreställningen känslor och förnimmelser av tid, och hur tiden kan dras ut och förvrängas under påverkan av relationer och mellanmänskliga möten. Föreställningen lyfter fram perspektiv från queera och andra underrepresenterade grupper inom kulturarvets känsliga kontext.
