Lee Brummer “Wild Hope” Premiere and Performances

Lee Brummer is currently creating a new work at the Royal Swedish Ballet School in Stockholm with the eight second-year students of the contemporary programme. Continuing themes explored in recent creations such as SURVIVE and Run toward the things which break your heart, the new work, Wild Hope, unfolds in a space where urgency and delicacy coexist. It traces the forces that drive us—the underlying currents, visible or not, that propel us to move or remain.

Wild Hope will premiere at the Royal Swedish Ballet School on 22 May as part of the programme Elevation, with an additional performance on 23 May. The work will then be performed at Dansens Hus on 29 and 30 May as part of the programme Jaunty.
