ilDance Workshops Terms & Conditions
By registering for an ilDance Workshop, participants agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Registration & Payment
Full payment must be made in advance to secure a place in the workshop, unless agreed otherwise.
Workshop places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Participant cancellation:
Cancellations made up to 7 calendar days before the Workshop start date are eligible for a full refund or credit, minus any processing fees, if applicable.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the Workshop start date are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances, which will be considered at the discretion of iIDance.
ilDance Cancellation:
ilDance reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a Workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, insufficient registrations)
In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to use their credit to a future Workshop.
Force Majeure:
In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, government restrictions, pandemics, or any other circumstances beyond reasonable control, iIDance shall not be held liable and no refunds, credits, or compensation will be provided.
3. Late Arrivals
Participants are expected to arrive in good time for the Workshop, to be ready to start on time.
Late arrivals will not be permitted unless communicated in advance and agreed to by the Workshop facilitator.
ilDance reserves the right to refuse entry to late participants in order to maintain the quality, flow, and safety of the Workshop. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
4. Participant Responsibilities & What to Bring
Participants are responsible for arriving prepared and equipped as specified in the Workshop description and/or communication material.
ilDance is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
5. Health, Safety & Liability
Participants confirm that they are physically and mentally fit and able to safely participate in the Workshop.
Any existing injuries, medical conditions, or limitations that might affect your participation in the Workshop, should be communicated to the facilitator prior.
6. Code of Conduct
ilDance Workshops are inclusive, respectful spaces. Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards facilitators and fellow participants at all times.
ilDance reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate. No refund will be made in such cases.
Participants are expected to be open and cooperative with the ideas and materials that are proposed by the facilitator. If a participant feels that what is being proposed needs further elaboration or to be challenged in some way, that will be done respectfully and in open dialogue with the facilitator.
7. Photography & Recording
ilDance may photograph or record for promotional or archival purposes only.
Participants consent to the use of such materials unless they notify ilDance in writing prior to the workshop.
Participants are not permitted to photograph, film or record the workshop as a whole or in parts, in any form without the full knowledge and compliance of ilDance, the facilitator and the fellow participants.
8. Changes to Terms
ilDance reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The version published on the ilDance website at the time of registration applies.
