Israel Aloni is joining the team of Imaginative Choreographic Centre (ICC) for this year’s edition of HOT Bodies and will accompany the emerging artists who will participate in this year’s edition. 

HOT Bodies is dedicated to supporting emerging choreographers and dance artists, working across independent and freelance international contexts. It creates space for artistic proposals to grow into works-in-progress and to be shared publicly. The program is based in Bulgaria, and is funded by Garage Collective and ZONA – organisation for cultural practices. In May 2026, the HOT Bodies program will unfold as a multi-city international platform across Bulgaria, connecting Burgas, Veliko Tarnovo, Plovdiv, and Sofia. This edition is dreamed and curated by Zhana Pencheva, in dialogue with Aleksandar Georgiev (Ace) and in collaboration with Elena Marinova.
